" My husband and I recently used Marasco Homes to build our first house. We cannot rave enough about Rick and the Marasco team! They are absolutely outstanding. Rick took us under his wing from day one. He spent nine hours taking us to look at lots, before we even committed to building with him. He made us feel like a priority from day one and always got back to us immediately on any questions we had (and we had a lot!!) Rick acted as though our house was his and took care of us like family, although we had never even met him before. He is an outstanding person and is very honest. Rick is very particular and he is very picky throughout the entire process. He is on site every day to assure that everything is being done the right way. Building, in general, can be a stressful process, but having Rick on your side as the expert makes it much more enjoyable. He never got frustrated with us with our many questions, and was so patient with things along the way. He made suggestions that we would have never thought of. He continually wanted to make sure that what we did, we would like. He respected our style/taste, and went along with our decisions unlike other builders who will try to sway you one way. We did extensive research before committing to build with Rick, and we looked into many builders. We have had friends who have chosen other builders and regretted it soon into the process, and moved in many months after we did. It’s amazing how quick Rick gets things done, especially since he is so attention detailed. Even after moving in, Rick has kept in touch and makes sure we are happy. One day he stopped by while we were at work and noticed an oil stain on our driveway. Rick took it upon himself to make sure to get dish soap and clean our driveway immediately! This is absolutely amazing, and this gesture sums up Rick! He is a great person and would do anything to make sure his customers are happy. Rick is very picky about who he hires to come into your house, and when a city inspector made me feel uncomfortable, Rick was a protective bodyguard. Our house was flawless when we moved in, and any minor detail we needed fixed, was fixed immediately. I am still amazed at Rick’s customer service and I would encourage anyone to contact either my husband or myself with any questions. "Dear Rick, Bev and I have been in our new home for about nine months and we wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your efforts in making this a dream come true for us. Building a new home was something Bev and I had never experienced; your guidance throughout the process helped tremendously to eliminate much of the anxiety that comes with constructing a new home.
